NYC PD Training Exercise: 4/5- 4/9/2011- Article

The most common objection people have to our research: "Too many people would have been involved to pull off such a massive hoax." Well, with trillions of taxpayers' dollars at hand, this operation could certainly afford contracting many individuals (under a gag order and on a need-to-know basis). Meet the real - and unreal - persons, companies & entities assigned to carry out this gigantic, media & military-assisted psyop.

NYC PD Training Exercise: 4/5- 4/9/2011- Article

I'm all for protecting the Homeland, Property, Law-abiding citizens (even animals, & plants). Good people protecting good people.

However, it's when you have bad people protecting & working on behalf of other bad people (remember what this site's about?) that disturbs me. Just hoping this is not the case. This naturally raises questions, doesn't it? Like, "Is this the only reason for the exercise?" Just hope that this exercise is truly good people protecting all people without some other hidden & rogue motive(s)....

Excerpt from the following article-

“The public can expect to observe increased law enforcement activity throughout the tri-state region in the form of traffic checkpoints and grid searches,” Commissioner Raymond Kelly said in the statement."

The New York City Police Department and a dozen regional partners will conduct a full-scale exercise early next month to test their ability to detect and intercept radioactive materials that could be used in a terrorist attack.

The exercise will be held from April 5 to April 9 and will involve 150 agencies, including law enforcement and first responders, working in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Paul Browne, a department spokesman, said in an e-mailed statement.

The exercise is part of the Securing the Cities initiative funded by the U.S. Homeland Security Department, which works to prevent terrorists from infiltrating a major city with a so- called dirty bomb or nuclear device, Browne said.

“The public can expect to observe increased law enforcement activity throughout the tri-state region in the form of traffic checkpoints and grid searches,” Commissioner Raymond Kelly said in the statement. “In particular, increased activity may be observed on roadways and transit hubs leading into New York City and may result in traffic delays in off-peak hours.”

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see the flight path of this initiative.

As average people get poorer, more homeless, more unemployed, more starving and more local-community oriented, the giant global cartels with their Xe/Monsanto/Blackwater and piratization, woopsie - I mean "privatization" - of law enforcement and government will move in to have a very intimate - almost *hustler-like* - relationship to these burgeoning communities. If they cannot get our kids outright addicted to their pills and drugs, they can demand more taxes for their war against majority rule.

The wealth is concentrated in the hands of the few who control and contract the very threats they claim to be protecting us from. It's classic exploitation. Blackmail. Is there a more race sensitive word we could be using -- how about Whitemail? Or better yet White-Male? We are, after all, talking about the major class struggle that has been going on in the United States since the Founding Fatherless wrote that slaves were to be considered "THREE FIFTHS" (!) of a whole person.

Things are quickly boiling to a head, and it's not looking pretty.

The average poorer, more homeless, more unemployed, more starving also gets more sicker and more obese and as the average poorer, more homeless, more unemployed, more starving, etc, cannot afford normal medical care things will get really bad. What shall the US do with all these sick, useless people???? Call the NYC & Co PD?

You see folks, the harassment that we are getting in the airports is meant to condition us like animals to accept those measures x10 when they are imposed on the whole of society. Like I said, everything they do is done on an incremental basis; it’s like the boiling of a frog in a pot or the process of catching livestock in a cage. If we tolerate this nonsense in the airports we will tolerate it everywhere. Expect to see machines like the one shown in the link below on an increasing basis in these exercises, you will most likely see them in the airports first.

Future Attribute Screening Technology- designed for the Department of Homeland Security

This technology sounds an awful lot like the "socio tech" that was discussed by the National Science Foundation and Department of Commerce in the link below on page 158.

SOCIO-TECH…THE PREDICTIVE SCIENCE OF SOCIETAL BEHAVIOR

Why Do We Care?
Most immediately, socio-tech can help us win the war on terrorism. It can help us
to understand the motivations of the terrorists and so eliminate them.
