Is there any merit to the non-TV fakery truthers?

I think Simon meant to imply it looked like it belonged with the Rosenbaum pile. But maybe I'm mistaken and he said it has the feel of an actual already-released video.

IIRC, Simon dismissed the Kosior offering as essentially being recycled footage from the Camera Planet archive. If that's the case, could you identify precisely which (suspect) Camera Planet video was plagiarized?

Thanks.
Oh - nothing to do with plagiarizing, dear Repentantandy.

Here are 2 looped adjacent frames of the TuesdayMorning ("Mr Kosior's") video:

As a matter of fact, the very last accusation I would ever throw at any alleged author of any given 9/11 'amateur' video is that of plagiarizing somebody else. This is because I firmly believe the 9/11 'amateur' image pool is the work of a single (goofy, inept and amateurish) team of CGI con-artists. Whether its name is 'Camera Planet' or not - only time will tell. (read about Rosenbaum's Camera Planet AVID studio here: http://www.cluesforum.info/viewtopic.ph ... 0#p2349590 )

Here's another looped gif made from a video credited to "Rick Siegel":

This is from a video featuring the Camera Planet logo :

This is from a video credited to the "Naudet brothers" : (grabbed directly from their DVD of the movie "911")

Not that the LIVE TV imagery was any better, mind you...

So again, plagiarism is not an issue here. In fact, anyone wishing to 'plagiarize' convincingly the 9/11 imagery
(with all its unique textures, artifacts and glitches) is warmly welcome to give it a go. Good luck! :P

It seems like when you see the fakeness in the videos on 9/11 it also follows that you can see the fakeness in wanna-be figureheads like Alex Jones, the Loose Change crew, people like Noam Chomsky, etc. It's all about people being dazzled by spectacle. Thanks to you all who've brought this research forward

For any morons who think large groups can't keep secrets, like 9/11 - wake the f**k up:
"Daniel Ellsberg: “Secrets ... Can Be Kept Reliably ... For Decades … Even Though They Are Known to THOUSANDS of Insiders”

famed whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg explains:

It is a commonplace that "you can't keep secrets in Washington" or "in a democracy, no matter how sensitive the secret, you're likely to read it the next day in the New York Times." These truisms are flatly false. They are in fact cover stories, ways of flattering and misleading journalists and their readers, part of the process of keeping secrets well. Of course eventually many secrets do get out that wouldn't in a fully totalitarian society. But the fact is that the overwhelming majority of secrets do not leak to the American public. This is true even when the information withheld is well known to an enemy and when it is clearly essential to the functioning of the congressional war power and to any democratic control of foreign policy. The reality unknown to the public and to most members of Congress and the press is that secrets that would be of the greatest import to many of them can be kept from them reliably for decades by the executive branch, even though they are known to thousands of insiders.

History proves Ellsberg right."

Nice find, fbenario!

Of course we know this to be true already and we don't need an article to prove it, but it's nice to get a little confirmation on our doubt of the "secrets are hard to keep" bullshit myth.

The Manhattan project is an extremely good example because even people working on it didn't know the extent of its purpose.

The elderly Dr. Ellsberg sure ought to know about the skill of insider-factions to keep secrets. One compelling alternative-history interpretation of his own great claim to fame has it that he "leaked" (to the New York Times, of all places :P ) the "private" Rand Corporation's "Pentagon Papers" on direct orders from the CIA to cast the bulk of the blame for the Vietnam fiasco exclusively on bad decisions and lies by the uniformed military brass -- thus absolving the secretive Wizards of Langley (whom we now know were mucking about in Southeast Asia several years before the infantry grunts arrived) from any blame for the covert-ops boys' banker-mandated protect-the-heroin-trade machinations that were necessitated by the fouling-up of the original "French Connection" after Den Bien Phou. :(
