Yes, I remember this one. I wonder what the intent behind the psyop would be though (assuming it is a psyop). It simply generates fear I suppose, and also works to demonise nationalism or patriotism by associating the violence with the patriotism shown by the national football fans.
There is something suspicious about it, no doubt. I know there are nutters out there, but there has to be some trigger, and this was never sufficiently explained in the official accounts.
