Is it even plausible for the above images Simon has compared not to have been faked?

Lie in one, lie in all.
These are clearly the same servers, either photographed from a slightly lower angle (in the lower shot) or with a transform applied.

However I do believe that Google has at least a couple hundred computers humming away! They need them to track us and customize our ads.

An interesting thing: My wife sent me a link regarding gay marriage on a gay-oriented web site and Google thinks I'm gay now. I wonder how I could break this to my wife of 10 years, with whom I have been in a strictly monogamous relationship since 1998!

This is not meant as a "dérailleur" but here we have a fake Google Car.
A fake google car is an urban project: our fake Google team will drive all around several cities in Europe and its suburbs in order to meet the inhabitants and propose to take photographs in their homes, with theirs dogs, children, etc. It could also go deeper… Image
Fakers faking the fakers ? Hmmm

What´s with all those phoney high-tech inventions by Google?

Google self-driving bike:

Only available on April 1st.
Making of: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6gOjRqlgk_Y

It seems no amount of making-ofs will make the general public suspect similar tricks are used every day by the news media.
