Car Chase In Phoenix

Unread post by Pug »

Hi guys,

was passed this today as I'd not heard about it until now.

Good ole Fox News broadcast a 'suicide' live on air.

"Fox News was covering the chase that began about midday Friday using a live helicopter shot from Phoenix affiliate KSAZ-TV. The man driving a copper-colored four-door sedan stopped, ran into the desert and placed a handgun to his head and fired.

The man was declared dead at the scene, according to Sgt. Tommy Thompson, a Phoenix police spokesman."

The newscaster just seems another over-the-top player, too, as we've seen countless of times before.

Unsure where this fits on the forum at the moment, but like most things, it seems very questionable.

Cheers,

Doesn't seem to notice the nearby helicopter.

Conveniently stops and poses dead center within a natural frame that makes him the most visible with his back squarely to the camera that is photographing him. He even takes a few little steps before stopping as if to adjust his position to "hit his mark".

"Shoots" but there is not a drop of visible blood anywhere.

Of course they'd make the jersey number "01" and have the obligatory "9/11 attack" in the ticker beneath.
