Fakery in Orbit: THE I$$

If NASA faked the moon landings, does the agency have any credibility at all? Was the Space Shuttle program also a hoax? Is the International Space Station another one? Do not dismiss these hypotheses offhand. Check out our wider NASA research and make up your own mind about it all.

Somebody already suggested how they could accomplish this. The gadget is called a clinostat, and was invented more than a century ago.

However only small clinostats are accounted for in the literature and the internet.

I think we may be on to something with these centrifugal force/clinostat suggestions.

I now see there is also a device called a Random Positioning Machine which is a more sophisticated clinostat.

Hollywood has used similar centrifuge type tricks where a camera is mounted opposite an actor on a revolving set. Examples can be seen in films like "Close Encounters" and "Poltergeist." The effect does resemble weightlessness though only briefly -- but then these films were made decades ago. Kubric used a type of centrifuge for "Space Odyssey" as well.

BTW, I found an interesting page that reveals some of the weightless and other tricks used in "Space Odyssey" here:

The genius of Stanley Kubrick is such that he and his visual effects specialists took such well- worn techniques as strings and mirrors to achieve the effects they wanted, but moved them to a whole new level of realisation (and you may be surprised at some of the people who laid the groundwork for such effects - see my "Extras" page); and if those methods were inadequate, they simply devised concepts all of their own. In principle these were often disarmingly simple, but executed with such style that even after multiple viewings it is impossible not to accept that what we are seeing is the way it really happened.

The secrecy surrounding some of the methods devised by Kubrick and his advisors was such that even today the complete explanation of how, for example, the "stargate" scene was filmed is hard to piece together.
What appeared to be vast expanses of lunar surface were in some cases created, almost literally, on a table top. A technique known as "forced perspective" was used, in which apparently distant objects are modelled very close to the foreground. Because they are scaled down to the relative size that they would actually appear in reality, an observer looking from the correct viewpoint believes they are seeing a full- size scene in normal perspective (though a slight change in viewpoint would immediately reveal the illusion).

In the scene pictured, the scale can be judged from the studio lights in the foreground, while those "distant" mountains are almost directly behind the model moonbus.
How did Dave and Frank manage to appear in the same scene despite being positioned at right angles to each other?

For me, always one of the most entertaining shots of the movie. Frank in foreground sits at the Discovery control panel while Dave behind, taking notes, appears to be standing at right angles to Frank. So simple! Have them at opposite ends of an L- shaped set with a mirror set at the angle (and at the correct angle).
Addendum -

Look at the long haired women in this TV show clip of a "Vomit Comet" type weightless simulator. Their hair doesn't stick straight up or poof out. It just moves around randomly:

Addendum #2 -

Look at the small white object that rises in front of the guy in the black shirt at about 0:35 and he swats at it.

full link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvRtXld-9cY

What caused it to rise? What stopped it? Why did it change direction? Odd.

Another Fake mission to the Moon: THE MOON GRAIL

Some time ago had the opportunity to watch on tv a Moon grail press conference held in Washington DC.

I got to know until now, the supposed space mission to the Moon was comprised of Two twin satellites that will follow one another in low Moon orbit.

Image

Image

Image

Maria Zuber

A very sharp journalist asked Mrs Zuber something along the following lines

-- As the two satellites are going to orbit so close to one another, will the mission be able to return stereoscopic views of the Moon's terrain?

Mrs Zuber turned pale before saying with a broken voice (afterwards she was nervous as could be)

-- Ah, Ah, actually I don't know the answer (*** pause ***) to that :o

After that she elaborated that she did not think so and bla bla bla.

-- I suspect that ....

Put on the spot Mrs Zuber ?

Note: on the 1960's there were 5 supposed orbiters sent to the Moon to map its surface. In the 1990's the Clementine mission was sent to the Moon to map its surface. In the 2000s both ESA and NASA LROCS were sent to map the Lunar surface.

I don't think it's necessary to point out what the intention of the latest "grail mission is".

The fake launch video above on RT, was purported to take millionaire clown guy Liberte into space to the farcical International Space Station.

Here he is direct "from space" at a U2 concert.

The collection of thrown-together video screens above U2's stage, on which the 'transmission' is 'broadcast'?

Perps or not, that is still one hell of a song.

Yeah - thanks, have actually seen that fine parody! Great lyrics too: "I stiiiiiiiiiiill can't accept... - what a nob I am!" :P

Appropriate anagram: BONO / NOB(O=zero)
NOB
British slang term for the penis. Typically used as an excellent cheap insult. Used in jest (above "moron", just below "twat", and well below "cunt"), or used to describe someone who is doing something you think is annoying or a bit crap.

Scenario 1: one of your friends walks into the room and throws an apple at you. You reply: "Don't be a nob."

Scenario 2: your aging boss thinks he has broken his laptop because the battery ran out. You say: "Hah. He's such a nob."

Fakery in Orbit: THE ISS

Unread post by fbenario » Tue Apr 17, 2012 10:16 am

Does this further our analysis of fakery?
Is Time Travel Possible?

For a real, everyday example of time travel, consider the satellites of the Global Positioning System. Were it not for built-in calibrations, the GPS atomic clocks would gain 38 microseconds over terrestrial timepieces every day, throwing off their location accuracy by several miles. "Clocks on Earth tick a tiny bit slower than satellites out in space," said Lloyd.

The reason: time dilation, as described by Einstein's two theories of relativity. According to the special theory, the faster an object moves relative to another object, the slower it experiences time. For GPS satellites zooming around Earth at nearly 9,000 mph (14,000 kph), this effect cuts seven microseconds off their clocks daily (relative to clocks on Earth).

The second effect, explained by the general theory of relativity, involves gravity. Clocks closer to the center of a gravitational mass, such as Earth, tick more slowly than those farther away. GPS satellites orbit 12,500 miles (20,100 km) above the ground, and as a result have 45 microseconds tacked onto their clocks per day. The net result of the two relativistic phenomena is 38 microseconds, which engineers have accounted for with GPS technology.

POOLED OUT

So, we all know that NASA has a huge swimming pool where they train their Asstronots, yes?

Did you also know that they have a full-scale model of the ISS in that swimming pool? I honestly didn't - until today!

Watch this - at 5:25 :

full link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdb2_SjpGd8

***********************************************************************************

So - how convenient would it be for NASA to acquire images of that full-scale model in the swimming pool - to produce (semi) realistic-looking imagery of the ISS "in space"? Do you realize how easy it is today to fool you with digital imagery?

Image

To be sure, I have always wondered why (as I started analyzing the ISS imagery) my eyes focused on those very digital-looking ISS SOLAR PANELS (you'll find lots of my musings about them in this thread - if you only have the patience to look them up). The reason for this now appears very simple: the tall SOLAR PANELS just don't fit into the swimming pool - and have to be added onto the imagery by digital means...

This would also explain why those SOLAR PANELS always appear to be different - both structurally and chromatically. The various idiots assigned to manufacture the digital composites of the ISS imagery "in space" are simply poorly supervised!

Holy spaced out nasa efforts, Simon,

Image

You have come across the core of the current international space exploration hoax.

This must be the biggest association of hoaxers, actors, make beliefs and urchins ever assembled., though I have heard that the one that projected Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to stardom was pretty big and organized too.

Wonder if we have already seen it all.

Take a look at this ...

The astronauts will each earn about $97,000 for taking part in the experiment hoax.

Fake Russian Space Walk

This video was aired by CNN portraying an on-line Russian space walk

full link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tj3WDicwfqA

Let's look at the details

Image

1- The video is not "live", as the widget dropped by the astronot is shown to come back seconds later (I took 7 equally time spaced frames to show it clearer), the sequence (or scene) is comprised of 3 subsequences. The first
shown should have been attached last. Therefore this was recorded in anticipation and edited to shuffle the scenes.

Image

2. When a clip from the sequence, namely what is shown in the first part of the video, representing the astonot dropping off the widget, is accelerated, it evidences that the ISS, the astronot and the dropped off widget all respond to the same jerk in unison (which should be impossible in the vacuum of space). That is how they seem to float ... (additional to other tricks in water pools etc etc.) ... slow motion. They are inside a "vomit" plane.

There's another piece of footage in youtube with the sequence layed out in different order, and at the end a fake take of the ISS from the outside, just as Simon above shows, it's an underwater take. The bubbles are seen drifting all over

full link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VamfJ0UAOc

And manipulation and "usual glitches" also are included

np fbenario,

Splashdown at Star City: The amazing underwater space facility used by Russian cosmonauts

It looks like the best water theme park ever devised.

But this giant pool is actually used by the Russian Federal Space Agency to train cosmonauts to space walk.

Located a short drive outside Moscow, Star City is a giant Cosmonaut Training Centre where spacemen perform maintenance exercises and develop skills in a shuttle mock-up underwater.
