Richard Dawson, 32, a product manager with communications giant Thales Contact Solutions, was a monthly business traveller to New York - a city he loved.
He was there for a technology conference in the World Trade Centre on September 11 and was on the 106th floor of the South tower when a hijacked aircraft smashed into it.
