+ MANY MORE (relief foundations, banks, internet providers etc that are all seems to be hit hard)

Contains fabricated claims and cooked intelligence such as:

According to the FBI, from July 2000 through March 2001, ATTA,
SHEHHI, HANJOUR, JARRAH and HAMZI traveled to the U.S. where they resided
and took pilot courses to learn to fly the Boeing 747, 757, 767 and Airbus A320 in furtherance of the AL QAEDA IRAQI conspiracy to hijack U.S. aircraft to commit terrorist acts.

SEPTEMBER 11TH ATTACKS
122. On September 11, 2001, defendants MOHAMMED ATTA, ABDUL
ALZIZ AL OMARI , WAIL AL-SHEHRI, WALEED AL-SHEHRI, and SATAM AL
SUQAMI hijacked American Airlines Flight 11 carrying 92 persons, bound from Boston to Los Angeles, and at approximately 8:46 a.m., crashed it into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York.
123. On September 11, 2001, defendants MARWAN AL-SHEHHI, FAYEZ
AHMED, A/K/A "BANIHAMMAD FAYEZ," AHMED AL-GHAMDI, HAMZA ALGHAMDI,
AND MOHAUD AL-SHEHRI hijacked United Airlines Flight 175 carrying
65 persons, bound from Boston to Los Angeles, and at approximately 9:02 a.m., crashed it into the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York.
124. On September 11, 2001, defendants KHALID AL-MIHDHAR, NAWAF
AL-HAZMI, HANI HANJOUR, SALEM AL-HAZMI, and MAJED MOQED hijacked
American Airlines Flight 77 carrying 64 persons, bound from Virginia to Los Angeles, and at approximately 9:37 a.m., crashed it into the Pentagon.
125. On September 11, 2001, defendants ZIAD JARRAH, AHMED ALHAZNAWI,
SAEED AL-GHAMDI, and AHMED AL-NAMI hijacked United Airlines
Flight 93 carrying 45 persons, bound from Newark to San Francisco with the intention of crashing it into a target in Washington, D.C., probably the White House. At approximately 10:10 a.m, because of the heroic intervention of Flight 93's passengers, the aircraft crashed into a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
126. At approximately 9:50 a.m., the South Tower of the World Trade
Center collapsed; at approximately 10:29 a.m., the North Tower of the World Trade Center collapsed. Defendants intentionally caused the deaths of and injuries to thousands of innocent persons.
127. The hijackings referenced above were the culmination of a conspiracy
among defendants to attack the United States and murder United States citizens.
POST SEPTEMBER 11TH
128. On two videotapes made by AL QAEDA in September and October
2001, BIN LADEN took credit for the September 11th attacks and stated that the attacks went better than expected.
129. SADDAM HUSSEIN is the only national leader in the world who
publicly praised the attacks and said that the United States of America deserved them. IRAQ has offered sanctuary to BIN LADEN and TALIBAN leaders. Abu Zeinab al-Quarairy, an Iraqi defector who was an officer in the MUKHABARAT and was familiar with its operations, reported that when he learned about the World Trade Center attacks on September 11th, he turned to a friend and said, “That’s ours.”
130. Upon information and belief, several hundred AL QAEDA members,
including ABU ABDUL RAHMAN fled Afghanistan for Kurdistan in IRAQ to try to
take control of towns not under the control of SADDAM HUSSEIN and IRAQ,
including Halabja, Tawela and Biyarah. On September 23, 2001, Kurdish forces ousted Ansar al Islam from Halabja, but the Islamic fundamentalist group remained in control of Tawela and Biyarah.
131. Israeli intelligence sources verify that for the past two years, IRAQI
INTELLIGENCE officers have been shuttling back and forth between Baghdad and
Afghanistan. According to the Israelis, one of these IRAQI INTELLIGENCE officers,
SALAH SULEIMAN, was captured in October 2001 by Pakistani officials near the
border between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
132. In March 2002, U.S. and allied forces discovered a laboratory near
Kandahar, Afghanistan that was designed to produce weapons grade anthrax. Upon
information and belief, IRAQI INTELLIGENCE agents were supplying technology,
materials and training to develop this facility in coordination with AL QAEDA and the TALIBAN.
133. Instruction documents on an artillery weapon known as the “Super Gun”
were found in AL QAEDA camps when they were captured by U.S. forces in the winter of 2001-2002. IRAQ is the only state known to have purchased and assembled the super gun, a weapon so large it must be constructed in segments. It has a range of several hundred miles. :D :D :D

Are you rolling around on your floor laughing or are you so upset at the idiocy of the above text that you are sitting there just staring at the page, wondering how anyone could have bought these silly fairy tales provided by US and Israeli intelligence services?.

181. As a direct and proximate result of defendants’ intentional, willful and
malicious acts of terrorism on September 11, 2001, defendants have caused plaintiffs’ decedents’ family members to suffer severe and permanent injuries, damages and losses, including but not limited to the following:

183. As a result of their deaths, decedents lost the enjoyment of life that they
would have had if they had not been killed.
184. Before their deaths, decedents suffered conscious pain and suffering and
fear of their impending deaths, entitling their estates to compensatory damages under governing law. WHEREFORE, by reason of the foregoing, defendants are liable jointly and severally to each of the decedents’ estates in the sum of TWENTY FIVE MILLION (25,000,000.00) DOLLARS.

186. As a result of the September 11, 2001 hijackings and attacks, plaintiffs’
decedents and/or personal injury plaintiffs were placed in apprehension of harmful
and/or offensive bodily contact, and suffered harmful, offensive bodily contact, from which they ultimately died or suffered serious permanent personal injury.
187. By reason of all of the foregoing, the surviving personal injury plaintiffs
were seriously and severely injured, shocked, bruised and wounded and suffered great physical, mental and emotional pain and injury, and they were rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled, and were otherwise injured, and they were confined to a hospital, and/or to bed and home for a period of time by reason thereof, and required and received medical care and treatment, and incurred medical expenses and will continue to incur future expenses therefor, and the surviving personal injury plaintiffs were prevented from attending to the duties of their employment and prevented from pursuing the furthering their careers and lost salary and earnings and will lose future salary and earnings thereby.
WHEREFORE, by reason of the foregoing, defendants are liable jointly and
severally to each of the personal injury plaintiffs in an amount in excess of FIFTEEN

/End of Lawsuit.

Pan Am Flight 103
Aviation lawyers at Kreindler & Kreindler LLP represented victim families from the 1988 Lockerbie disaster and won liability and damages verdicts in cases against Pan American Airlines. In 1996, the firm sued Libya for sponsoring the terrorist attack and later settled the case against Libya for 2.7 billion dollars.

From Alex Constantine Blog:

"Kreindler & Kreindler Law Firm is a Cynical CIA Psyop Tool" - I originally posted this data in 2006. My motto: "The cover-up proves the crime." K&K is on intimate terms with the CIA, and has been central to covering up a score of covert ops/mass murders. K&K was also, as documented, instrumental in selling the American public on the Iraq War with a psychological operation falsely linking Saddam Hussein to 9/11 and the A-Bomb. Fox News: " ... Kreindler & Kreindler, a Park Ave. law firm that has been working overtime to establish a money trail leading from Saddam Inc.’s amassed loot to al-Qaeda’s coffers. ... " Yes, it's that kind of law firm ... Jim Kreindler on 9/11: "Immediately I suspected a terrorist attack and I found myself thinking about another terrorist event that dominated the attention of our law firm since 1988 ? the bombing of Pan Am 103 by operatives of the Libyan government. ... "

In Oil-for-Food, "Every contract tells a story," says John Fawcett, a financial investigator with the New York law firm of Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, which has sued the financial sponsors of Sept. 11 on behalf of the victims and their families. In an interview, Mr. Fawcett and his colleague, Christine Negroni, run down the lists of Oil-for-Food authorized oil buyers and
relief suppliers, pointing out likely terrorist connections. One authorized oil buyer, they note, was a remnant of the defunct global criminal bank, BCCI.
Another was close to the Taliban while Osama bin Laden was on the rise in Afghanistan; a third was linked to a bank in the Bahamas involved in al Qaeda's financial network; a fourth had a close connection to one of
Saddam's would-be nuclear-bomb makers.

How much they want?

The average 9/11 payout to Mr. Alexander's clients from the Victim Compensation Fund was between 2.5 million and 3.5 million, he says. (Those numbers are significantly higher than the 1.8 million median award, according to Victim Compensation Fund statistics.) His personal best so far, he says, was a settlement of at least 25 million for an individual in another crash.

Most of Mr. Alexander's more than 400 9/11 clients eventually took the federal payout. The deadline for making a claim with the fund passed in December 2003. About 20 refused and joined a total of 54 others in filing suit against a laundry list of defendants, including the World Trade Center's builders, architects and engineers, the Port Authority and other governmental entities, all the major airlines, and the security firms that worked for them.

Conspicuously off the list of defendants is the U.S. government. "That really is not a viable option. As I learned in the military cases where I represented soldiers"-he sued the U.S. over the Osprey helicopter crashes in the mid-1990's-"the bottom line is, the government can be as stupid as imaginable and it's defensible under the law."

What happened to the organizations, foundations, institutions, countries and people on the list?

For some reason SOMALIA INTERNET COMPANY was on the list and here is their story:

US shuts down Somalia internet
Somalia's only internet company and a key telecoms business have been forced to close because the United States suspects them of terrorist links.
The two firms, Somalia Internet Company and al-Barakaat, both appear on a US list of organisations accused of funnelling money to the al-Qaeda network and featured in a UN Security Council resolution.
Both companies have stated they are not linked to terrorists.
Along with denying all internet access to Somalis, the closures have severely restricted international telephone lines and shut down vitally needed money transfer facilities.
Correspondents say the closure of the companies will have a devastating effect on the country, which desperately needs the services they provide.

I believe this is about as playground politics as you can get.

"They have a super duper gun and they're gonna BLOW YOU UP!!!"

Interesting Somalia connection you found Martin!

Andrew J. Maloney, III joined Kreindler & Kreindler LLP in 1994 and is a 1985 graduate of Boston College and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1988 where he was on the Dean's List and a member of the Urban Law Journal. He was elected partner in January 2005.

Mr. Maloney recently won a five-year fight with the U.S. Department of Justice to gain well-deserved recognition, under the Federal Safety Officer's Benefits Act, for Glenn Winuk, a volunteer firefighter EMT who was killed on September 11, 2001. Mr. Winuk, who was a partner at the law firm of Holland & Knight whose office is approximately two blocks from ground zero, ran toward the twin towers and into history, when he saw his fellow citizens in danger. (This can get interesting!)

Mr. Maloney himself has served as a volunteer firefighter for the last 9 years, including duties at the World Trade Center in the days after the attacks. (hmm)

Mr. Maloney has also been appointed to the Plaintiffs Executive Committee prosecuting the civil suit against the September 11 terrorists and their co-conspirators currently pending in the New York Federal Court. Mr. Maloney recently obtained dozens of multi-million dollar awards through the hearing process conducted by the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund run by the Justice Department. (Big boy)

Prior to coming to Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, Mr. Maloney was a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York conducting a variety of federal criminal investigations and prosecutions working with the FBI, DEA, ATF, Secret Service, Postal Inspectors, NYPD and United States Marshals among other investigative agencies, conducting jury trials and arguing appeals before the Second Circuit (1989-93).

He is currently the co-chair of the Mass Torts Committee in the Litigation Section of the ABA, and the former co-chair of the Aviation Litigation Committee for the ABA and frequent CLE author and speaker at aviation programs. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Council and serves on its scholarship committee and had written for and spoken at various seminars including the Air-Law Symposium at SMU on multi-district litigation, the New York City Bar Association on September 11 issues, and the Mass Torts Made Perfect-Product Liability seminar on aviation litigation and Embry Riddle in Phoenix. He recently served as Chairman of the Aeronautics Committee for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Mr. Maloney is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, as well as the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Districts of Connecticut and Colorado, the Second and Third Circuits and the United States Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Justin T. Green (Partner Kreindler & Kreindler)

Justin Green joined Kreindler & Kreindler LLP in 1997 after clerking for the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner in the Federal District Court in New Jersey. He became a firm partner in January of 2003. He focuses his practice on helping families of aviation disaster victims, but also litigates other complex matters.

Justin learned to fly in the United States Marine Corps and served as his squadron's aviation safety officer after graduating from the Naval Postgraduate School's aviation safety program. He was responsible for his squadron's aviation safety, and also for investigating accidents.

A guest lecturer on aviation law at Fordham Law School, Justin has also spoken on aviation law and aviation safety at numerous professional conferences. He edits the leading treatise on U.S. aviation law: Kreindler, Aviation Accident Law published by Lexis/Nexis. Many newspapers and news programs have asked him to comment on aviation safety issues and to speak on the rights of aviation disaster victims.

Justin is a member of the American Association for Justice, where he is the immediate past chair of the aviation section. He belongs to the American Bar Association, where he served as vice-chair of the Torts and Insurance Practice's aviation section for 2004-2005, and as a member of the Air & Space Law Section. He is a board member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and he is a member of New York's Federal Bar Council and the New York City Bar Association, where he is a serves on the aeronautics committee.

He graduated from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and earned his law degree from Fordham Law School in New York City.

Nice work, Martin. Sims defending sims.

The whole lot of them look like wax figures, but that might be normal for law firms, if I may be so bold.

When did this group first appear?

Record created on 22-Jul-1996.

That's - once more - the mid 90's summer arena that Mitre was operating their 'blow up the WTC' year review cover in.

And with archives starting as late as 1999, it seems within the realm of possibility that the entire "law firm" is another backstopped secret service front being created specifically to tie previous false events like "Lockerbie" and "TWA800" to the coming 9/11 myth.

And sure enough - look at all their experience in both:

TWA Flight 800 disaster

Kreindler & Kreindler represents the largest group of families of passengers killed in the July 1996 TWA Flight 800 disaster off Long Island, New York. At the outset, many believed that a bomb or missile caused the crash. But based on our own intensive hands-on investigation, including the examination of several 747 aircraft in the California desert, the firm quickly determined that the likely cause of the disaster was a mechanical malfunction leading to an explosion in the center fuel cell. Armed with this knowledge, we filed the first suit in October 1996 against the airline and manufacturer. Three of the firm's partners were appointed by the court to the Plaintiffs' Committee, including the post of Committee Chairman.

Pan Am Lockerbie disaster

The firm represented the largest number of families of passengers killed in the December 1988 bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland. The case required an investigation spanning seven different countries. Three of the firm's partners took leading roles in exhaustive international discovery, and thereafter on the trial, and won a verdict of wilful misconduct against the airline. Two of the first three damage cases we tried resulted in verdicts which set new worldwide records for recovery. We briefed, argued and defeated the airline's appeals. Our seven-year work effort resulted in the largest total recovery for a single disaster in the history of aviation. The firm continues to pursue claims on behalf of the families against the Libyan government.

What's more, if you want a picture of Rodriguez, it's in the archive. You should see how microscopic the pictures of the partners were then. Sim technology not good enough yet?

"They have a super duper gun and they're gonna BLOW YOU UP!!!"

I remember reading about the Iraq super-gun back in 1990, both before and during the first US invasion on Iraq. It was always given as an example of why the world - and especially Israel - should fear Saddam.

1990: Customs seize 'supergun'

Customs officers in Middlesbrough say they have seized what they believe to be the barrel of a massive gun on a ship bound for Iraq.

Exports of parts for a weapon to Iraq would contravene British restrictions on arms sales to President Saddam Hussein's state.

Eight pipes were found in crates during a search of the ship at the Teesport Docks.

The length of the barrel is said to measure 40 metres (130 feet) when assembled.

This would make it by far the largest gun in the world with a range of approximately 600 miles (965 kilometres).
...
Last month investigations in the UK and USA led to parts for nuclear weapons en route to Iraq being seized at Heathrow Airport in London.

Britain's relations with Iraq are already poor following the recent execution in Baghdad of London-based journalist Farzad Bazoft.

This latest incident looks set to strain them even further.

Project Babylon was a project commissioned by the Iraqi president Saddam Hussein to build a series of superguns. The design was based on research from the 1960s Project HARP led by the Canadian artillery expert Gerald Bull. Although the details are sketchy, it appears[who?] that there were four different devices in total included in the program.

The project ran from 1988 and was supposedly halted in 1990 after Gerald Bull was assassinated and parts of the superguns were seized in transit around Europe. The remaining components in Iraq were destroyed by the United Nations after the 1991 Gulf War.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Babylon

Bull concurrently worked on the Scud project, making calculations for the new nose-cone needed for the higher re-entry speeds and temperatures the missile would face. At this point someone started "warning" him to stop working on the missiles. Over a period of a few months his apartment was broken into several times but nothing was stolen. He nevertheless continued to work on the project. In March 1990 he was assassinated, allegedly by the Mossad. One account states he was shot five times in the head and back at point blank range while approaching the door of his apartment in Brussels.[21] Another account states he was shot by a three-man Mossad team on March 20, 1990, when he answered the doorbell.[2]

Gerald Bull had worked for so many parties in so many critical defence projects that he became an asset and a liability for several powerful groups at the same time.[22]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerald_Bull

Bull was assassinated in the months before the 1990 Iraq invasion.

I have no idea whether the super-gun ever actually existed as a real weapon, but I distinctly remember countless references to it in the news back in 1990. If this super-gun is actually just part of the 9/11 backstory, then I guess we can conclude that they were planting seeds in our brains a long time before 2001.

Kenneth R. Feinberg (9/11Compensation Czar)

Image

What is a life worth? That's the decision mediator Feinberg has been forced to make as a mediator in nearly all of America's crises, from 9/11 to the Virgina Tech shooting to fixing salaries for corporate titans following the financial crisis.

In his latest role, Feinberg is charged with setting the salaries of the top 100 executives at many of the firms rescued by the federal government in the 2008-2009 recession. The companies make up a once-prestigious roster of U.S. corporate titans like American International Group (AIG), Citibank, Chrysler, Chrysler Financial, General Motors, GMAC and Bank of America.Labaton, Stephen, "Overseer to Set Executive Pay at Rescued Companies," The New York Times, June 10, 2009 (1)Labaton, Stephen, "Overseer to Set Executive Pay at Rescued Companies," The New York Times, June 10, 2009

Prior to his appointment, Feinberg was best known for heading the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. He tackled the thorny role pro-bono, deciding how much victims of the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon would receive from the federal government. He will also work for free as special pay master.

After school, Feinberg clerked for New York State Court of Appeals Judge Stanley Fuld for two years before moving to the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan. While performing in the courtrooms, Feinberg worked alongside then-future New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani ?.

Days after the worst terror attack in U.S. history, Congress signed the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act that bailed out the airline industry. The bill also created the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, which provided tax-free monetary compensation for all families who lost loved ones in the attack, as well as people injured trying to escape the rubble. Participation in the fund meant the families waived their right to sue the airlines and other entities.

Feinberg convinced 97 percent of the eligible victims and families to participate in the compensation fund, doling out nearly 7 billion to more than 5,000 applicants, with an average compensation of nearly 2 million.

When Attorney General John Ashcroft asked him to be the special master of the compensation fund in December, Feinberg accepted pro bono.

This website "captivefund.com" 'denounces the one billion dollar scam...'
Is the captivefund denouncing itself? Am I missing something here?

http://www.wtccaptivefund.com/
Shortly after the collapse of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11, the United States Congress set aside one billion dollars for the express purpose of reimbursing the injured workers who were exposed to toxic fumes, smoke and particulate matter while working in and around the site of the World Trade Center after 9/11. (...) ” Senator Clinton’s September 21, 2006 correspondence to former Captive CEO Christine LaSala said that the WTC Captive “has disproportionately focused its efforts at protecting New York City from the liability that may arise from these claims instead of its responsibility to process the claims and disburse all due compensation to those who were injured at Ground Zero.

Oh, but wait: On the far right of that page you'll find a box which leads to this petition:

Let's hire KENNETH R. FEINBERG to head the fund so that our rescue workers can get their money! http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/capt ... rancefund/

So the valiant Kenneth R. Feinberg will no doubt come to the rescue of all 9/11 heroes and become a hero himself !
