Mono-, di- and triglycerides can be adding to the surplus of trans fats in our diet.

Everything in moderation, of course, but trans fats especially moderated. :P

Love the spreading butter news. :D

The "Stay" family killing by the former FedEx driver/relative hardly seems to pass the smell test. Maybe its the skunks vafting by my vindow but something stinks here. Young Cassidy seems even happier than the Sandy Hoax parents. "Tears?, I don't need to show you no stinkin' tears..."

Here is the arrival of the lone survivor putting the fun back into funeral.

Cassidy wanted everyone to know that her father loved the drums, while her brother Bryan was obsessed with his tablet and brother Zach adored sea life.
Cassidy really wanted everyone to know that her dear relatives were not merely particularly extraordinary or special to her, but that they all had activities that generally speak of real people that existed, whose deaths are celebrated by — shit you not — releasing balloons into the air!

Wow, it really sounds like a party. I guess we should be so lucky to have our entire families (with such believable hobbies) vanished.

Such deft fingers, as well. Did she miss her calling as a 2-dimensional cake decorator, as well as a death party organizer? And such supportive (vaguely hungry looking?) friends!

I am loving how they're trying to add weight to the images by rating their ridiculous imagery as 18+! Who gave that order, I wonder and what were they thinking? Are children going to be banned from attending funerals?

Perhaps they are just trying to prevent shrewd young eyes from taking apart these images bit by bit. Sorry, the fake news is now for older suckers we have already hooked in only.

Hoi, since you mentioned the "deft" fingers did you see where they so casually mention that she lost a finger in the drama? Shot right off it was...

Time for a new nursery rhyme

"if you're shot in the head
just pretend to be dead
if you're shot in the finger
lay down and linger
if you family is dead, killed by a loon
make sure to release a bunch of balloons
arrive at their graves with a big big smile
and show the media that you've got style"

or something like that...

Her head was also grazed by a bullet (it says here).

With these ridiculous photos ... how could anyone with a 3-digit IQ believe this story?

Simon, I could understand you much better than Jan for some reason. I could even understand a bit of the Norwegian, the story about the SWAT team in a dingy.

I couldn't help notice you did a bit of self-censuring around minute 46.

"I call them f..... I mean I have somebody on the - on a forum- I think ... Lux call them fingerprints and I think that's a good word for it."
Then you were silent for a few seconds. What were you thinking then? "Oh great, now more people are going to say me and Lux are the same person"? :)

MH17 being shot down and crashing over Ukraine.....

Anyone just catch the faux pas the "expert" who is yammering on CNN just made? They are talking about bombs and what they do to planes, talking about a "unzip" of a plane, and the rivets of the plane come apart and "unzip"...and WHOOOOOPS said "like TWA-800". Wait JUST a second! I thought TWA-800 came apart "internally" from an explosion from leftover fuel combining with an oxygen leak in the central fuel tank? How is that at all similar to an exterior missile hitting an engine? Oh dear! Let's see him backtrack once someone brings it to his attention that the "official story" is that there was no missile, no bomb, no external explosion that ripped TWA-800 apart. Need to get a better memory sir...you might just get us "sheep" thinking for ourselves when you don't stick to the decided "truth".

In this article 2 passengers tell that they "moved heaven and earth" to try to take the earlier flight MH17 but were told there weren't any seats left:
http://www.at5.nl/artikelen/131386/meis ... -mh017-net

This (and other) articles tells there were 280 passengers: http://www.at5.nl/artikelen/131377/vlie ... n-oekraine

Is that a full plane? I don't know, Not according to wikipedia.

Hi all,
I've only just seen this 'news' and am at work, so I don't know much, but I did notice this:

full link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ED1iiSTm0DM

At about 00.15 sec into the video, we see what looks like a drunken backdrop/ dancing Verazzano (spelling?) Bridge effect with the smoke plume. The same thing happens near the end of the video. Also a flying bug at about 21 secs.
I know this type of effect has been discussed, but I've been away from the site for a while so I don't know how that panned out. Feel free to put me right.

Edited for clarity

Don't know of anyone having said that Lux and I are the same person - therefore I could not have been thinking what you suggest.

You're a conspiracy theorist, eh? :P
