Really? Please do tell us who you think the new owners of all the media corporations are today.

Media is in the same hands as it has always been, imo.

Is not the reason we are all here to spread the research & provide this much needed skepticism of our 'betters'?

Perhaps you are seeing signs that the message is being spread... maybe a 'Critical Mass' is not just a pipe-dream but a burgeoning reality.

For my own part I do not see any significant qualitative difference between these various contemporary psyops & the historical ones. Perhaps you do... you didn't really say.

As far as I can tell they're as inept at pulling these things off as always... just nowadays more people are cottoning on that's all.

PS

I don't see any evidence of a 'change of hands' at the top... certainly not a substantial or significant change.

THE "SUBTLE ART OF BLUFFING"

Dear Critical Mass and Gwynned,

I think you both raise good points and questions. Even though the two of you appear to, well, somewhat disagree with each other - I can pretty much appreciate what you both are saying. Allow me to share my humble two pence as to what is currently going on - what with this seemingly escalating, over-the-top / in-your-face and ...uh... unshackled fakery drive. :P To be sure, this Ebola baloney is almost unbelievably fake.

As Critical Mass points out, similarly bold / bloated / shameless fakery has been going on for a long time, so what's new?
As Gwynned points out, we have to ask ourselves why (now that more people seem to wake up to it) don't they go into damage-control mode?

Well, my thoughts are that the sick Nutwork clowns (and their perverted mindset) should be looked upon / diagnosed as being afflicted by the same psychosis as that of compulsive gamblers / poker players. Now, I'm not at at all much of a card-player myself, but the little I know of the 'subtle art of bluffing' is that it's a quite effective strategy - providing that the Bluffer has unlimited resources to play with.

to bluff:
1. To mislead or deceive.
2. To impress, deter, or intimidate by a false display of confidence.
3. Games: To try to mislead (opponents) in a card game by heavy betting on a poor hand or by little or no betting on a good one

Let's imagine this scene in a Las Vegas casino (and try to imagine this casino representing our entire planet): at the poker table, a professional poker-bluffer gets caught with his pants down - raising the stakes with NOTHING in his hands - and loses $100.000 which he himself had boldly thrown on the table. (Let's compare this to September Clues and our collective & victorious efforts to roundly expose the 9/11 bluff).

In the next round, the professional Bluffer throws $200.000 on the table - and once again, he gets caught with his pants down and blows all that money. (Let's compare that to Sandy Hook - getting exposed by many more 'awakened' people than our little Cluesforum 'team').

Before I get on, keep in mind that only the gamblers / patrons at the poker table will now be aware of the professional Bluffer's antics - whereas all the others (playing roulette / blackjack /baccarat / big six, etc...) will have no clue of what's going on at the poker table - [much like the majority of this planet's population which mostly get their news from TV and the mainstream media outlets.] Therefore, ONLY A SMALL PART of the casino's patrons will suspect that foul play is taking place within their playground.

Now, if the professional Bluffer is a mere millionaire - he might think twice before bluffing again. But if he has UNLIMITED RESOURCES (and even prints our friggin' planet's money!), what will he do in the third round? (think "Ebola"). He will throw $1.000.000 on the table, confident that, this time, his fellow poker players will be thinking: "SURELY, THIS TIME HE CAN'T BE BLUFFING AGAIN???"

All the while, the rest of the casino's patrons will keep playing - unaware of the bluffing antics going on over at the poker table.

As it is, in the past few weeks, I have met a few friends (and September Clues supporters) who retorted: "Aww come on, now Simon... Are you saying that Ebola is fake too? With ALL these different countries participating in the hoax? Hmm... you're going too far, bro!"

See how it works? Shucks! I may even have lost some credibility with some of my friends - due to this Ebola thingy.

*****
Just think about the "9/11 truth movement", which was almost entirely populated by professional Bluffers. And here's where I agree with Gwynned: OF COURSE, another set of bluffers - posing as "Ebola truthers" - will be (and already have been) released by the Nutwork - so as to infiltrate the "Ebola truth movement". Their role - as always - will be to promote a zillion conflicting theories as to the REAL MOTIVES of this Ebola hoax. Some will say, for instance (in order to maintain the all-important "fear-porn-value" of the hoax): "Hey, the Ebola virus is fake, but the subsequent, deadly Big Pharma vaccines are VERY REAL and will kill us all!"...

That's disappointing. Surely they'd see the same media mechanisms/machinations at play here? Strange...

Anyway, selling useless snake oil / placebo products for a nonexistent threat is of course an easy and convenient way for pharma to make money. We had the rounds of flying purple pig flu, "bird flu", and goodness knows what else "high-flying animal X" flu; now it was decided Eb-no-la should be the new-old paint coat.

Not so strange, I think - dear Makkonen.

What we are seeing here is NOTHING NEW - it is the same-old-same-old strategy of the BIG LIE. The bigger the lie - the more it discourages anyone to challenge it. Small lies eventually fade away and die - whereas big lies (such as the "Ebola" lie) survive and thrive.

So: in one of the most unlikely twists to this tale, Nigeria has now been declared free nationally from Ebola. Nigeria, apparently the second-most populous country in Africa... and of course famed for it's repution for exporting financial fraud schemes.

'As It Stands: Why Nigeria became the scam capital of the world'

And in other news - the arisen Nurse, who now has immunity from the disease for which there was no cure...

What is the point in all this farcical process? Just general distraction? Testing the ambient threshold of credulity? If it is just fear conditioning, why so transparent?

To the people who suggest that the hoax absurdity meter has remained constant over the years, I would say, as I did previously, that the evidence in terms of numbers runs counter to that with more and more people calling hoax quicker and quicker after an event. Thanks, Simon, for at least agreeing with me on that point. What is ALSO different, especially within the last 6 months, is the frequency of major hoaxes, some of which are the subject of hoax videos, such as MH 370, MH 17 and the ISIS beheadings. Perhaps the increased frequency is more the reason I sense matters are leading to some sort of climax or end point.

I can't say for sure that there has been a change in ownership of the media - that is merely my suspicion - but I am more certain that whoever is running the show at this point is, generally speaking, one of the good guys (or gals if you watch Jungle Surfer!!). Only a comic genius (or group of geniuses) could write the script that we are IMHO honored to be witnessing first hand and it's just too damned funny to be written by a bunch of Darth Vader types. And it is genius because, while their buffoonery is transparent to the minimally trained eye, the masses, the 99% are completely unaware. That is no small feat. Whoever they are, they are not sloppy or foolish, but careful and deliberate.

Looks like they might be winding down the Ebola shitstorm...

Ebola: Obama 'optimistic' on virus situation in US

"The prospect of an outbreak here is very low," President Obama said.

He added that there were "modest signs of progress" in Liberia and mentioned that a declaration by WHO that Nigeria was now Ebola-free was a hopeful sign.

I like the analogy, but in your example the people who aren't at the poker table and are playing blackjack etc. wont be deceived by the bluffer (metaphorically the media perpetrator).

A better way to put it would be like this: Think of the casino (house) as the government/central bank. They have a house edge on all of the table games and they collect rake from the poker players usually in the 10% region. Compare the rake to tax in the working world. Now imagine that the casino hire prop players that sit at empty poker cash tables and generate traffic as new players come to sit down at their table. In return for their job as a prop player, the casino rewards them with $X/hour. Think of these prop players as the shills that we're all too familiar with in the truther community. So in this instance, the poker players represent the truther community which might be 5% of the persons within the casino. The rest of the casino who are unaware of what's going on at the poker tables are still losing to the house at the table games anyway.

Ebola scare on Canary Island nudist beach after migrants from Sierra Leone arrive on boat with fever and are taken away by dump truck in front of terrified tourists

The guy's in charge of this one must've been in a 'phone it in' mood... perhaps they're having an early weekend?

19 migrants [muslim hijackers], landed on the beach at 8:30am? Okay!

How tall do you think those "cops" in the background are (last photo in the post above)? 11 feet tall, perhaps? :P

This guy in the white, in the background is 13 feet tall, I reckon.

In the coming weeks, Facebook will add a button to its news feed so users can simply click to donate to nonprofit organisations currently battling Ebola.

The groups are the International Medical Corps, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Save the Children.

The social media company is also donating and deploying 100 satellite communication terminals to boost Internet and phone services to affected areas in West Africa.

Oh, how nice of them. <_<

Eventually, the authorities used a dump truck to collect the group and take them away to a holding center. Local authorities later confirmed none of the group were carrying the deadly virus, although four were taken to hospital with health issues.

Marco Aurelio Perez, the mayor of San Bartolome, told the paper: 'It presents risks because it is an established destination.
'Unfortunately, illegal immigration has become a common sight in the West.'
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... rists.html

I suppose whether this is fortunate or unfortunate would depend on one's own personal view of the complex issues of immigration (legal and illegal). Way to give away your bias so easily! This blatantly obvious attempt at a political agenda push on a hot button issue (completely irrelevant to the topic of the article) is crystal clear to anyone who can read this drivel with an ounce of skepticism. The way this entire 'article' is written is an insult to the readers' intelligence.

Another example...

He added that the dump truck was used because the beach was so remote and it would require multiple trips had they used ambulances.

The beach the immigrants landed in is [sic] a popular nudist area, with access only possible on foot through a two kilometer walk across sand dunes.

Image
Beach goers watch on in the distance as medical teams and police officers work at Maspalomas beach.

So, the beach was so remote that they couldn't get a few ambulances there and was only accessible on foot through a 2 kilometer walk? Convenient for a military drill and obviously fake story, no? So, all of these "clothed" beach goers all walked from over 2 kilometers away and ascended on this particular portion of the "nudist" beach where the boat landed? Looks like several hundred people (photoshopped) in the background, to me. Not bad for such a remote and private location. :puke:

Looks like all the vehicles and figures, including those in the foreground, were added to an unpopulated beach scene.
