Since this is very local to me, I immediately started to question the motives here. Paulsboro has a lot of refineries and chemical companies and they have been battling with the local residents for years. Residents complaining about hazardous ash and dust as well as air quality issues. The companies have been trying to buy local residents out. (this has been an ongoing issue for years). Now a train bridge collapses just when a slow moving locomotive is carrying toxic chemicals.
