It used to be 10 minutes, now it's 15. The video has been marked and you won't be able to upload it as is; it would need some slight alteration so it's not recognized as the same. But I would be wary of losing the entire channel.

And I assume the stated reason for removal would be that tv broadcasts are selectively prohibited. In spite of the fact that the 9/11 broadcasts fall perfectly within the fair use definition.

Does that seem a little high?

To me, that only means that Simons work is getting more recognition.

Once the youtube censors go in "deletion mode" it's likely that they'll just remove your whole channel. I second Ozzy's recommendation of leaving the existing channel alone for a little while and starting a new channel for the new video while you fight the original deletion.

It's frustrating but that's the world we live in today. Good luck!

On a happier note it looks like they couldn't find anything to use to discredit you with the little spy box from your ISP so now they're just trying the good old-fashioned method of overt heavy-handed censorship. Obviously they feel threatened.

Immediately save any email or comments you want from the old channel while you can.

Hi, hope you don't mind but I noticed it got ripped whilst I still had the FLV in my temp folders so I have the original and it is uploaded to tracker.concen.org (you will need an account). I hope you don't mind, I just really don't like censorship and was obviously immediately suspicious of the TOU take-down.

Who knows, maybe I'll hang around here, I have spent a long time researching 911, I even wrote my dissertation for my Journalism degree on it ffs.

I like the video, they really were fucking about with colour filters and image-framing/zoom.

I know what you mean though.
In the past, people have accidentally given me kudos for having controversial "banned" videos when they were only banned because because of the "pop" soundtracks.

On the other hand I was an actual real youtube martyr for my "banned" Benedetta Ciaccia videos...
