I corrected for the camera shake.. still seems to me like very little movement here from anyone but "Breivik".. maybe I am wrong, but it looks weird to me.

Yeah, it's just meant to be the cops standing & listening to 'him' describe his 'actions'. Doesn't matter what moves or doesn't move in these 'from a distance' movies, Ken, it's clear enough now that they'll ONLY show a moving Anders-sim from at least 500 metres away!
Any of 'him' with recognizable features will be a STILL. See my post again here

Yes. The first letters are obviously DN. No guesswork needed there.

Then it's 6 for sure. Doesn't resemble anything else so strongly.

DN 6 + all the plausible possibilities.

The van could be purely digital for all we know, but interesting nevertheless.

Really! So, if you watched the video, please explain how that "navigation light" moved from below his right 'hand' at shoulder level, @ 1:02, to sticking out of his head at 1:05?
