Watching History Detective on PBS (Public Broadcasting Station in USA) about Empire State Building, I noticed the similarity with the 9/11. That 1945 crash was used as an excuse to bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki with atomic bombs. The only difference is the players and the fact Empire State Building never collapsed and was repaired in less than three months.
It becomes clear those criminal perpertrators copied the entire scenario from the 1945 events with full media complicities. Sorry if that parallel was already posted here on cluesform, I recently found out
