After the case of artificial journalist victim "Marie Colvin" allegedly killed in Syria (investigated here: http://cluesforum.info/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1237), another case is offered by the news:

Another botched job. And I suppose that in the mind of the propagandists female journalists make for more valuable vicsims... probably to widen the gap between "us" and male-centric islamic countries. Misunderstanding, killing "our" courageous women.

And here is a preposterous youtube video entitled "Mika Yamamoto Body Escorted By Syria Freedom Fighters to Turkey 8-20-12 Japanese Reporter". It shows her dead body wrapped in a rug in a van, followed by a speech.

Translation of the long speech from the "insurgent" would be appreciated, because I assume the speech would explain why, even though the body appears as obviously having received medical care is now portrayed in the hand of muscular verbose guerilla soldiers rather than the hospital people that took care of it, or else the government that obviously would make sure the body is shipped back to sim-japan or wherever.

I supposed this setting wants to be consistent with what reported by the wikipedia page linked in the previous post:
" She died at a nearby hospital after being shot in the neck. A rebel fighter reported that she was killed during shelling by the pro-government forces. Her body was delivered by the Free Syrian Army members to Japanese consular officials in Kilis, southern Turkey."

Have a good watch (not).

Here's a gif of the juicy part:

Man, how long is that body? And why the rug, at all?

Excellent question. Muslims typically 'wrap' the body in white linen. Maybe the 'hospital' had no white sheets? How absurd, all hospitals have white sheets!
Enshrouding the deceased

The corpse is typically wrapped in a simple plain cloth (the kafan). This is done to respect the dignity and privacy of the deceased. The specifics of this ritual, including the material, style, and color of the cloth, may vary across regions. However, the shroud should be simple and modest. It is for this reason that Muslims have generally preferred to use white cotton cloth to serve as the shroud. Men may use only three pieces of cloth and women five pieces of cloth. Some perfume may be applied to the cloth as well.[8]

New imagery courtesy of Tracey Shelton... The explosion looks like something out of a video game.
http://www.globalpost.com/photo-galleri ... ppo-photos
ALEPPO, Syria — Earlier this week, I was filming a feature on life on the frontlines of Aleppo, Syria. I was camping out with the men of Noor Den al-Zenke batallion, who man a two-block stretch of back streets that now forms the final line between government troops and opposition forces.

This narrow street had become a makeshift home for the men. Lounge chairs salvaged from abandoned homes formed an area for chatting and drinking tea. Meals were prepared on a grass mat in the middle of the street. We slept in a room on the lower floor in case of air raids. Lookouts were posted at each street corner to both watch and listen for new sniper positions and approaching troops and tanks.

On this morning, the men were relaxed and joking around as they cleaned their area from a tank attack the day before. That time, they had been prepared and the tank had fired too short. This time, the assault came with little warning.

A call comes through that a tank was spotted nearby. The men immediately grab weapons.

Within seconds the tank blast has already hit.

Debris and smoke fill the street around 30 meters back - covering me and the camera in dust.

This man was the only survivor.

He escaped with injuries.

It took several minutes before the dust cleared enough to check for more survivors, but there was nothing we could do.

yes I was looking at the same thing on CNN (Exactly the same shots of the same resolution.)

Is this reality? If it is, I really don't know reality...

The lightning in all the syria imagery is exactly the same as most of the Libyan shots. Ah, that southern Mediterranean sun... :P

And these unflinching photographers never cease to amaze...

This did not happen in syria but I'm posting here for the time being...

Yemeni defense minister survives apparent assassination attempt
http://edition.cnn.com/2012/09/11/world ... ?hpt=hp_t1
Eleven people were killed when the bomb exploded in the center of Yemen's capital, Sanaa, including six of the minister's guards, two government officials said.
(...)
The unrest in Yemen began in 2011 as the population became caught up in the Arab Spring uprisings that swept North Africa and the Middle East.

Dan Clark: How not to live your life
Episode one: How not to use your RPG while doing insurgency in Syria

Image

See, anybody who have ever gone through basic military training was taught that the one thing you definitely should NEVER do is standing behind someone who is getting ready to cabby off an RPG round.
The reason for it is because the RPG has a fucking big back-blast which is very un-healthy.
If the guy on the picture managed to shoot his RPG at the tank first, the guy standing behind his back would have been a casualty of the back-blast.
Either these insurgents are really this fucking stupid and un-trained, in which case President Assad can sleep smugly in his bed at night without a care in the world, or they use actors on these short films who lack basic knowledge of how military action is supposed to happen in real life.
Take your pick.

So the drums of war are being shown by the media that cannot wait to scare the shit out of people, titillating us out of our boring lives.

Image
From http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/oc ... urity-live

The above pictures the same location as a video posted by corriere.it here: http://video.corriere.it/turchia-bombar ... f31466de5c but without the yellow ribbon.

Waiting for more material to discuss the fakery.

It is possible that this is orchestrated to weight on the election debate going on in the US (see the above screenshot of the CNN homepage as I write this). Just speculating, maybe it has been decided that the seductive power of Obama isn't working, so nothing better than instability and war to doom the current president change the general sentiment about him. It is possible that neocons and zionists are asking for a different global approach. We'll see if the answer will be more domestic threats or what.
