Apart from the obviously phony layered appearance of this image we have the bozo in the background looking straight at the camera and flashing a familiar hand sign.

Now, there is no legitimate reason on Earth to include the hand-sign-bozo in this “photo” of Soto (any photo editor with half a brain would simply crop out such an extraneous distraction) but there he is and quite visible to all. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge.

If this isn't some sort of “conspiracy bait” … well, I don't know what is.

What is interesting about this so called nurse is the fact that you won't find any such record of a nurse by the name of Sally Cox in the elicense database site for the state of Connecticut.

We're not even out of the year 2012 yet, and the chaos, however real or imagined any of it is has already escalated ten fold within the last month. Just imagine what 2013 will be like, what it will be like from now on.

Just a tie in with the Messaging... I follow that a lot of the Vicsims are fake... Yeah, that dude's arm/hand have a very shooped quality to them. The hair looks pasted in, too, like it's arranged in another symbol of some sort, but I can't quite make it out. They are definitely stirring the pot with this one.
