This picture looks to be super-clumsy fakery (to a slap-dash casual, and hence alarming extent). Does Beyonce normally wear a baby-gro onesie made from net curtain? The answer to this question is possibly 'yes', but:

- the black woman, named as Mery Daniel. Purported prosthetic limbs aside, can her upper torso be so lengthy in comparison with Beyonce, yet she is so short in comparison? Or is Daniel standing in a hole? Her left arm contends with Beyo's body, in a boundary dispute of unconvincing pixels.

- the 'Heather Abbott' apparition, to our right, is from another time/place/dimension. She has a totally-different texture and layered appearance.

This is all, too-evidently, unreal - why so obviously?
