Hoi Polloi, I remember myself suggesting us to meet a while ago while you were still spending some time in S.Korea, remember ? I sometimes have to go there (from sushi land) for work...but I don't think you really liked the idea back then (to say the least...)dblitz, are you in Oz at this moment and for the foreseeable future? Would you want to try to meet? Do a "sniff test" on one another and see if we can confirm for ourselves that we are indeed real and legit?
Great find, lux! This is hilarious. What a bunch of amateurs.lux wrote:BTW, I found a larger version of the above "photo":

Strub, a former Navy videographer, is now the sole person whose call it is to green light or deny a film’s right to military cooperation on everything from accessing information and advisors to using the Air Force’s planes or the Navy’s ships.
I wonder who approached him to make the "9/11" TV Movie?guivre wrote:This article makes the Pentagon look as if they have the most run of the mill PR:
One Man In The Department Of Defence Controls All Of Hollywood's Access To The Military

Simon just confirmed the e-mail you sent, but I also sent you a couple, I wonder if you could confirm for me? I still think it would be good to try to meet if you still agree.Simon, I sent you an email the other day. I wanted to confirm that you received it. Some friends and I have had a lot of trouble with disappearing emails and other messages lately.
http://letsrollforums.com/showpost.php? ... tcount=295I used to post on Cluesforum. I started a topic that ran to several hundred posts before I was accused of being a shill at which point I "resigned" from posting. I haven't been banned (as of yet) but I no longer share info with them. While they have extremely valuable, interesting and useful information there is a force pushing back against intellectual advance. Possibly the issue is since they have "solved 9/11" they want nothing and/or no-one to go farther than they have gone. So while they do excellent analysis on a variety of issues it's all for show, entertainment in a certain sense.
My goal in joining CF to test the waters then go deeper on certain delicate subjects once I had a level of credibility, a feel for the forum. Now I am happy that I kept my powder dry seeing as it appears Cluesforum is a sandbox for Simon Shack and his friends/alter egos to perpetually bask in the glory of their realization that 9/11 footage was faked.
I'm not sure what to think about Simon. Perhaps he is only someone who got to a point where he could see really far and declared himself to be on the summit not realizing that there was more mountain to climb, the real peak being just above the clouds. In any case his web site does not support people trying to reach for more than he has grasped. One true test of a leader is his ability to surround himself with people more competent that you. A true visionary looks for people who see farther than he can.
Ouch - this line really hurts!lux wrote:Seen this?
