This looks like somewhere around 30 hours of audio. I guess it's my responsibility to listen to all of it now that I got it.

All this and no flight manifests.

They basically dumped a load of junk on three DVD's and sent it to you! Quantity not quality for your $50. A veritable McDonalds for all to feast on! You will feel hungry again five minutes after eating it! Nice work hoi!

I noticed now the presence of this new material on our website. Great work sharing it Hoi. Downloading now, I'm looking forward to a good laugh.

In the meantime: it is pretty incredible that no actual flight manifests were included, since parts of flights manifests circulated on the internet -- at least there's still one scrap for Flight 11 on the "fireman sam" blog (http://firemansams.blogspot.it/2011/01/ ... fests.html). I wonder how Sam got it? Of course he gives no source (nope, "scribd" isn't a source).
Truth be told, presenting clear sources to the material I think will remain as one of the most adamant contributions left by the cluesforum in terms of ethics of research in the whole 9/11 research scenario. Nobody seems too much concerned with them.

PLEASE NOTE:

When we moved servers to NearlyFreeSpeech recently, we did not move the massively large but rather useless FOIA request results (totaling something like 13 to 14 Gigabytes of apparent garbage). For the sake of expediting the process of moving, we opted to re-upload them later. I have not yet gotten to it, and now that there is a link from Fakeologist.com to this topic, I feel sheepish about having failed to do so until now, months later.

I will get to it as soon as possible. I will also try to fix the broken links to the images we had up of my correspondence with the NARA staff. My apologies. For now, you can read the bulk of the correspondence that occurred over e-mail. Thanks.

Well it turns out "as soon as possible" ended up being a governmently 21 months. Sorry about that.

Not that anyone really cares about browsing this low level propaganda, but in case there is some nugget within, here it is again.

I think some of the more attention-getting documents (be they forged or not) are in this folder in particular: http://www.septclues.com/NARA-FOIA/NW_3 ... 0%20Other/

In retrospect, I believe what they handed over was some junk NARA was given post-FBI/CIA handling. So it seems NARA only holds the files that the 9/11 Commission Report generated as props for their staged non-investigation. That is, we are left with the theater tools but not the credits.

Not a very convincing play by the hoaxers.

I want to note that, whether it's real or not, or official or not, the alleged document that looks like a response to a request from the FBI for a list of flight simulators operational on September 12th seems a bit comical. One, because the response to the FBI is basically, "I got this from the FAA web site." Aw dude, agent Gordon, why didn't we check the FAA web site first?

Second, because it's September 12th. Talk about a slow turn around. Guess the idea of a military drill didn't occur to these folks until the morning after.

Wait a minute! I got it! Duuhh ...

But by looking at the FBI's interest in at least covering this topic that mostly flew over most people's heads, we run into some interesting tidbits.

First of all, the document: http://www.septclues.com/NARA-FOIA/NW_3 ... SEALED.pdf

40 pages of FAA lists of active simulators. Manufacturers running military-level sims (in C and D according to this ...)
Simcom's strength is its huge visual presentation. Although the experience is realistic, landings or flight reviews cannot be logged in flight training devices—even sophisticated ones.

Finally, we arrive at Level D. Behold that you can do everything in it, including full type ratings for sophisticated airliners. Cook says there are between 400 and 430 in the country. Daylight scenery is a requirement. (Some AATDs have daylight scenery, too.) They have better data and tighter performance tolerances.

Tom Evans, training center manager at Simcom’s Lee Vista facility in Orlando, was asked which of the devices and simulators can be used for instrument proficiency checks (IPCs) and flight reviews. Only Level C and D simulators can be used for a full IPC, start to finish, Evans said. That’s because of an FAA requirement for a landing as part of the IPC (a recent change made by the FAA), and only those two levels are considered realistic enough to give credit for a landing. Other devices and simulators give credit for flight experience, and that includes the approaches, holding, and the navigation portion of the IPC. But you’ll not get credit for a landing unless you’re in a Level C or Level D simulator—or, of course, the real airplane.

Kind of a weird title but anyway ...

... include CAE and NLX for none other than United Airlines.
In 2003, NLX was sold to Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL), a manufacturer of communications and aviation equipment for military and commercial customers worldwide.
http://arlingtoncap.com/investments/nlx/

Another arrow pointed at Rockwell Collins (fuckin' "moon landing" fakers).

As for Canadian aerospace and mining corporation CAE, its former director (post 9/11) Robert E. Brown has no entry in Wikipedia, but it's interesting to note he was (I guess) director of Bombardier during 9/11.

Thanks so much for all your hard work, Hoi.

What all this comes down to - of course (and very, very simply put) is that:

THERE EXISTS NO OFFICIAL PAPERWORK DOCUMENTING THE VERY EXISTENCE
OF THE ALLEGED FOUR FLIGHTS WHICH, REPORTEDLY, CRASHED ON 9/11.

Therefore, dear Cluesforum readers, if ANYONE ever asks you the following question (which I have been asked countless times over the years):

"If no planes crashed on 9/11 - what happened to the actual flights and passengers which, we were told, disappeared on that day ?"

Your informed /knowledgeable answer should be:

There is NO official / bureaucratic record of the very existence of those flights. Something which does not exist - cannot disappear.

Let's take a look at this official-ish article image. It is claimed by the Boston Globe that they "acquired" [?] the flight manifest for AA11. (Thanks for the tip, nonhocapito!)

Though we can only wonder where these alleged passengers fit on a 2-dimensional morphing, color-changing airplane graphic computer-animated across our TV screens on 9/11, alright — it is the only known reference of any kind to the flight manifests that NARA says do not exist. I guess the Boston Globe beat NARA to the punch — if we are to believe the FAA's claim that NARA acquired everything on the very day of 9/11 — or, even quicker to the draw than the FBI. That's some proactive staff, BG!

But which staff? The image credits (let's journalistically highlight their names as if it inflate their reality) the following:
Ed WIEDERER, David BUTLER, Jim KARAIAN and Hwei WEN FOO.

https://ca.linkedin.com/in/edward-wiederer-452bb0102
Ed Wiederer [Germanic for Edward again-er?] — not much on this character. There is a grainy "Edward Wiederer" with a weird eye in a grainy shitty photo one can hardly imagine is being used for a professional profile picture. And no sign of them on the present Boston Globe staff page: https://www.bostonglobe.com/tools/help/stafflist
There is also a creative writer Ed Wiederer on LinkedIn with 2 connections. There is certainly more at Boston Globe that Wiederer will be credited with, even as a fictional or semi-fictional staff member. Perhaps we'll find that later he was first on the scene at the Boston Bombing, the Waco, Virginia Tech or Columbine High School massacres?

David Butler is apparently an infographics artist and we can presume, if not just taking the credit/fall, had some kind of information from the alleged manifest. Perhaps worth contacting!

Jim Karaian also does not appear on the present staff list, though a Jason Karaian is writing for QZ. Can anything more be found on this family?

Nothing for Hwei Wen Foo either, for now.

Would it feel too much like scrubbing toilets to pursue this line of inquiry now?

Some oddities with their list:

No sign of wandering vicsim Titus Davidson (55) of Morgan Stanley, credited with death on AA11 while getting their page deleted from the CNN memorial and leaving nothing but a sim-pathy candle for an image preview. Heather Lee has been renamed Heather Lee Smith on the CNN memorial. They seem to be wanting to downplay "Lee" entirely, since at Legacy it also goes by the name Heather L. Smith. Why the transition? The Jeffreys have been separated by dropping a "rey" from one of them, (though they have still been seated near each other). Natalie Lasden has been shortened to "N." ... for some reason. Right next to agent N, John Nicholas Humber lost the first name completely, and is now just Nicholas.

These guys are still making curious aesthetic decisions in local random chunks, for "artistic" reasons we might assume. But they seem to have serious cognitive issues with foreign names. Pendyala Vamsikrishna has been "abbreviated" to Pendy. Vamsikrish. Huh? Waleed Iskandar is spelled "Walid Ishkandar", even though Iskandar's own sim-mother and sim-father spell it the same as the CNN memorial's Iskandar. Peter el-Hachem is now Peter Hashem. Why the change? Sim-ignorance? Alberto Domiguez has become Albert, and Carlos Alberto Montoya has lost his Alberto. What do they have against Als? In first place of row 11, they've decided that Andrew Peter Charles Curry Green is just Andrew Curry Green. Antonio Jesus Montoya Valdes is merely a Montoya.

The family of Berinthia Berenson Perkins preferred "Berry Berenson". Donald Americo DiTullio, the American throat inspector, is now Ditullio. Junior suffixes and middle names have been dropped ad hoc.

Though AA simployees Kathleen Ann Nicosia ("54"), Karen A. Martin ("40") and Jeffrey Dwayne Collman ("41") already have ages associated with their simulated deaths, those ages (and their middle names) are inexplicably omitted. Aesthetic decision? Sure! Why not? Gives it the flavor of diversity instead of creation in a database. Let's just look at these "people" once more as a reminder of how real they were.

Just e-mailed the creator. Not sure what they will have to say.
Hi Mr. Butler!

I saw that some time ago, you were credited with an image used for the 9/11 flight AA11 infographic, where you seated the names of victims and terrorists in an arrangement around an airplane graphic. It was really helpful and easy to understand which name had which seat. I was wondering if you have a link to the original article that it accompanied. I am researching the Flight Manifests of 9/11 and quite amazingly, the Boston Globe article associated with your graphic is the only source which seems to have had any connection to the original flight manifests [from] 9/11.

So, actually, I would want to ask you as well: what do you remember, if anything, about working on this historic project? I also noticed the Globe omitted some things, like one of the passengers, some other details and changed some names of passengers, and I wanted to know what documents you had available when you were making the list. And would you be able to connect me to someone at the Boston Globe with more information about this historic graphic and its original sources of information?

Other names credited in the image are Ed Wiederer, Jim Karaian and Hwei Wen Foo but I couldn't find them on the staff page. If you worked with them on this project, would they also know something about it and be able to help?

A response would be appreciated! Thank you!

Well, I got a response! A bit brief and almost bitter sounding, though.
I doubt hoi polloi is your real name.

David Butler
Graphic designer
The Boston Globe
617-929-2259
At first, I thought that came across as a rather lame excuse not to say anything, but I decided to treat him humanely in any case.
Hi, David!

Wow! Thanks for the response. You're right! Though, I don't feel it's very hard, especially for someone in journalism, to find out my real name. I've been researching and publishing for over a decade and I don't want to assume anyone wants to be bothered with that. So, you want to know my real name? Is that all you want? I can give you my home address. My phone number. Etc. etc. What kind of situation would you accept for you to share your story with the public? Do you want my Skype name? That's pretty much my real name.

If you would agree to a recorded interview on Skype, I would treat you with the utmost respect, which you certainly deserve! I mean, you literally represent the only contact name out there representing the only known flight manifest of any of the 9/11 flights. Has nobody else contacted you about that ever? This is like a lurking big story, since the Commission Report itself didn't adequately cite actual flight manifests. So, it's huge. Don't you think the public deserves to know how that came about? I think so! Don't let a little habitual pesudo-anonymity get in the way.

"HP" :)
I was hoping for more, but I guess it's been a busy weekend. I'll keep trying him. Here's what I sent today:
Hi again Mr. Butler,

I guess it's probably been a busy weekend at the Boston Globe, but I was wondering if you gave any more consideration to sharing your story of having the only known public contact with the single 9/11 flight manifest apparently known to exist in the whole country. I think the public deserves to believe in real journalistic integrity, don't you?

This country needs some faith that the media employees like yourselves genuinely care about the truth. As a man of journalism I am sure you are interested in the idea of building respect for the media? Something like that might be on the public's mind after the 15th anniversary of 9/11 and not much to show for the "War on Terror".

An interview may be conducted with the utmost respect you deserve, of course!

Also, you never answered whether those names listed in the graphic were people, you actually worked with. I am assuming those are their real names, too and not nom de plumes, like I use?

Would you mind if I gave you a call and just talked things over and maybe we could record it as well? Then we don't have to go on with this e-mail game of tag. :P

Please let me know! Thank you!

Well, this concludes the almost-information, I guess. It's too bad but I understand where he's coming from. I wouldn't want to betray an agreement, either.

His response:
I don't want to feed any conspiracy theories. Ed, Jim, and Wen are real names of people who have moved on in their careers. I got a flight list from someone official with the promise to never reveal where it came from and I won't.
I retired from The Globe last week and don't expect this email will remain active much longer. My retirement had nothing to do with your question, which comes up every now and then. I'm sorry I can't help you.
David

David Butler

And mine:
David,

I respect your confidentiality and I am sorry that you were asked to make that promise. "Nondisclosure agreement theories" need not be fed.

I am sorry about this situation, too. One day perhaps we will bridge the accelerating divide between the public and their trusted news sources. I guess this isn't that time, but a man can dream. And know that I will continue to try because the way things are headed is rather ugly, and I believe we can do something about it if we stay positive and continue to care for each other as human beings.

You've done your part. Be well, sir and godspeed! And congratulations on retirement, may it serve you well.
My response e-mail bounced back.

brianv's pioneering early research into the flight data is reproduced here, taken from his original posts at LetsRoll (link below)
http://letsrollforums.com//ssa-and-publ ... light=ssdi

On a hunch, I tried to search for the name "Titus Davidson" which was a "lost" 9/11 vicsim on flight 11, no longer listed elsewhere. Weirdly, there is another Titus — but used as a last name for a vicsim credited on the flight 175 list: Alicia [N.] Titus

Not sure about such high chances for the interesting name "Titus", which may have been the reason they deleted the vicsim "Titus Davidson" from the CNN memorial list of flight 11 vicsims, and why (suddenly retired) David Butler of the Boston Globe cannot tell us anything about that list he received, to copy for the article graphic. If Titus Davidson was simply "removed", it points once more to the concept that the entire database of names is a fiction with modular and somewhat arbitrary playing pieces to move around for purposes of propaganda story telling.

brianv's posts:
SSA and Public Records, Death Records from all Flights
Before I start I think it's worth pointing out, that I'm not claiming this to be absolute facts, these are the results of querying the names of crew and passengers against the Death Records Public Records SSA Master Death File Database, by name and state combination and where no state is available all states were used.

One other thing, I don't know if this has been noticed before but:

The list I am using is from CNN. It claims that there were 45 on board yet only prints the name of 33? Were there 12 hijackers on board?? And why is there so little information on a lot of the passengers, a simple unverifiable name in most cases.

Before anyone else wonders why brianv is on this forum, besides that fact that there's not really a reason for him not to be here, let's please remember just a few facts about his record:

1. He was in the earliest people questioning the actual existence of the 9/11 deaths, before Simon or I formally looked into it at 911movement.org — figuratively ahead of most of us by many miles — years before Simon's 'September Clues'

2. He has repeatedly found and pointed out shills before anyone else; you can say it's a problem when he is aggressive toward people who mean well, but credit where it's due; metaphorically, he doesn't "blink" when we have to clear the board of a liar — he helpfully moves on and tries to help us understand what we might have missed about early signs of disingenuous behavior

3. He is essentially the reason Reality Shack and CluesForum.info even exist — encouraging Simon and I to do our own thing and run a forum where there was clearly one lacking — beyond a founding member, practically the founder, though he is shy about admitting this

4. He cuts to the chase, gets to the point, etc. — so I miss him when he periodically gets annoyed and leaves, and I for one don't want him to ever go for good

Thanks Hoi for explaining the history of brianv. I'd say he's earned a right to be the forum pit bull if he inspired this forum.
