Following Apple Samsung lawsuit, has anyone noticed the manipulation of news worldwide?

Now that Samsung beat Apple in term of smartphone sales, somehow a child labour scandal conveniently showed up in time to smear the company. That claim is from China Labour Watch (CLW), a New York based non-profit organization. http://www.dw.de/dw/article/0,,16216161,00.html
CLW seems credible at first but the way they published that report where Samsung gained popularity in the US is suspect. That remind the so-called acceleration issue on Toyota in the US when that manufacturers became number one in that country.
