This is where
the vicsims have been taken. On
the same web page,
the hospital proudly declares itself as "a member of
the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and recognized as
the first hospital in CT to be a member of
the USGBC CT chapter,
the Connecticut Green Building Council." As we can see already,
the hospital has some really politically correct credentials.
Dr. John Murphy, president and chief executive officer of
the Western Connecticut Health Network, received
the 2011 Macricostas Entrepreneur of
the Year Award from Western Connecticut State University at a luncheon held on Oct. 5 (2011).
Funding for
the Entrepreneur of
the Year Award is provided by a grant from
the foundation of Brookfield industrialist and philanthropist
Constantine “Deno” Macricostas and his wife Marie.
