As far as explosions go, I didn't think this one looked very big

I find so many things in the footage odd, most of its been mentioned already. The screams of women and then no women to be seen on the scene in some news clips does stand out though!

Within the same 24 hours the North Koreans also ran their annual marathon. Will it be blamed on North Korea?

I've watched a couple of different videos. My question: where exactly did all the people in the crowd go immediately after the explosion? People disappear awfully fast, but none along the end of the course from what I could see.

That the guy missing part of his leg, who is in the background, seems a lot farther away than in the other photos?

How come the police officers are running from/facing the opposite direction to where the explosion occurred?

No he doesn't. But since those blood & gore images are so grossly fake, why would they risk using any recognizable amputee as a fake victim anyway ? Sure couldn't use him as a live vicsim actor if he was already known as an amputee (Try not to get bitten by the 'goldbug', ok)

There is still vicsims on the ground "bleeding" all over and instead of helping them, they clear away the scaffolding for the flags instead? And why is the scaffolding not present in any of the aftermath photos? Where did it go? There was a lot of it supporting the flags along the route. You need trucks to move all of that for long distances away. There is not one photo of people moving that scaffolding out of the way.

Also, this camera man without flinching (and who happens to be 50 feet away) picks up the camera and runs right to the blast site. Not one police officer tries to escort anyone away from the scene (especially the camera man). Any officer would try to make you leave the scene in case there is more blasts.
